Thank you to all our friends for a successful year.  We have sold out of our quality maple products at this time.

The trees will start to be tapped in the next few weeks, when the weather looks promising.

New crop maple syrup should be available by March 1st, but that will be dependent on our weather here in Western New York.

Please send us an E-mail and we will let you know when syrup is available to be ordered.
